When does it start?

The course material is available from Nov 1st 2025 with Live zooms commencing:

Do I need any qualifications?

This course is designed for complete beginners as a way to start to connect to their bodies. A guide to understanding the fundamental body systems both physically and energetically. If you have experience its a great tool to add onto your practice.

How long does the course take?

The course runs over the course of a month so that you can separate the modules into digestible chunks and learn to incorporate the massage into your regular routine.

Each video is between 5-10 minutes long. each activity can be done in under 30 minutes. each demonstration is between 2-5 minutes.

We advise you spend 30minutes practice x3 times per week and 30-60 minutes study to get results.

You can return to the course as often as you like and tailor the learning speed to your needs.

Will there be a recording?

Yes of course! all recording of live zooms will be made available within 72 hours and left on the learning hub for you to access whenever you like and however often you like at a time that suits you.

How much support will I receive?

We understand that not everybody feels comfortable talking about digestive issues and trauma. Recognising that you are struggling with something is the first step.

The next stage is finding the right person to guide you with the tools to move you forward. Our team help with everything from the physical ailments of digestive issues to the mental unpicking of trauma.

If we cant help we know someone that can so keep in touch! All contacts will be found on the relevant pages. There will also be a Q + A at the end of each zoom and a facebook support group.

How much will it cost?
